You may have runout of licenses to be able to add more users onto your schools subscription, or you may have some people left your organisation and after de-activating their account, you may wish to reduce the number of licenses you subscribe to.


In order to do this, please follow the steps below:


To add a colleague to the platform, click on 'Workplace' from the top menu:


and then make sure that you are on the 'My School' page:




From the next screen, select 'Amend Subscription':



You will be prompted with a screen where you can change the number of licenses you require (click 'submit changes' when you are ready :





Note: There is a minimum number of licenses per school size, so you won't be able to decrease your licenses to less than this minimum number.  Please see our website for more information.
