If you have completed a course but Schoot seems to think you haven't (which means you can't download your completion certifcate), then it may be a problem as follows:

When marking a section as 'complete' which includes videos, Schoot will only do so if the whole of the video has been watched.  If you have clicked 'next' to navigate to the next section and not watched the whole video Schoot will allow you to, but won't mark the current section as complete.

To see which sections of a course are not complete (and therefore stopping you from downloading your certificate), do the following steps:

Step 1: Go to 'My Courses' in the 'Courses' section of the website:

Step 2: Open the course summary for the course you are having problems with

To open the course summary page, click on the title of the course.

Step 3: Check which section is not 'complete'

When you open the course summary page you should see something similar to the above.  On the right hand side you will see the % complete and underneath that, each section.  When a section has been 'completed' it has a tick in the green bullet point next to the corresponding section.  If there is no tick there, then you need to click on the section title (to the right of the bullet point without the tick) and ensure you watch the whole of the video.

When you return to this page, you should see that the tick has appeared and the percentage progress indicator moved forward.

Repeat this until all sections have been marked as complete.
