To see course progress across all enrolled courses for all staff at your school, you need to have 'Admin' rights associated with your Schoot user account.
To review course progress for all staff at your school, go 'Courses' from the main menu in Schoot and then select the 'My Courses' tab.
Here you will see the 'View course progress for:' option. Click on the drop down to reveal your options. At the top of this list you will see an option for 'All users at <your school>' - selecting this will provide you with a list of all course enrolments and course progress for your school:
