As an administrator of a school you can grant access to administrators of your lead MAT organisation to see course progress for all your schools' staff.
To do this, select 'Workplace' from the top menu in Schoot, then select the 'My School' tab. In the section entitled 'Multi Academy Trust' search for the organisation (the name of the Multi Academy Trust) you want to grant access to the Schoot users' course progress. (This would be the staff or governors from each of the schools in the MAT).
Note that the MAT will need to have a Schoot subscription in order to do this.
