You can do this from the course details page.  To find the course detail page, select 'Courses' from the top menu:



and then make sure you are on the 'Browse courses' page:





From here you can use the filters available (free text search, filter by the school type the course is aimed at; filter by the audience the course has been created for or filter by a subject area to display courses that are specific to that subject) to locate the course you would like from the catalogue of all courses available:



Once you have found the course you think you may wish to enrol on (in the example below, the Early Years Literacy Part 1 course), click the 'Click here for more information' link.



The page that follows provides a description of the course; gives an indication of how long the course will take you to complete (note you can start, pause and re-start the course at anytime to suit you).  There is also a button to enrol in the course:



Click on this to enrol on the course and you will be asked if you want to continue:

Say yes to enrol on the course.  The course has now been added to the 'My Courses' page:



So click on the menu item for 'My Courses' and you will see the list of all courses you have enrolled on and how far through each one you are.  The latest course you have enrolled on will be at the top of the list e.g.:



Click 'Start Course' to start the course.
